Townhouse cracker spread with cream cheese and a piece of canned Salmon on top. My son sent me some really good salmon for Seattle and this idea was listed on the package. Didn't sound too good but tried it and we really like. Now buy canned red salmon and fix it often for a quick lunch with raw veggies.

Hamburger Casserole:
Lightly pat 1 to 1 1/2 lbs of ground chuck in bottom of casserole dish. sprinkle on some chopped onions, layer of sliced potatoes, layer of veggies ( sometimes I use mixed veggies or corn or green beans, use what your family likes ) and top with a can or two of Campbells Tomato Soup. You can adjust the amounts of ingredients, more or less potatoes, veggies, meat. Bake 350 for l 1/2 hrs. maybe more. Stick with sharp knife to see if potatoes are done.
