I have cut down on my caffiene tremendously I only have it maybe once a month. I just drink water mainly, sometimes I will drink tea and juice. I have been watching more of what I eat

and I have lost some weight, then I lost more from this crazy diet my friend gave me, I lost 13 lbs the first week on it!
