Combine in a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir and microwave 20-30 seconds more. Let it cool till it is warm and you can spread a thin strip onto your skin (I use a popsicle stick). Make sure your skin is clean and dry. Cover the thin strip with a strip of cotton fabric. Rub the strip three times in the direction of the hair growth, then PULL THE SKIN TAUT, take a deep breath, and pull the cotton strip against the direction of hair growth. So if the hair is growing down, you pull the strip up.
If you're doing a large area, you may have to reheat the mixture for 10-15 seconds once in a while.
This stuff keeps forever as well. I store it in a small take-out soup container like the ones you get from a Chinese restaurant.

Does the length of hair matter on this?
The reason I ask is I tried it when hair was rather long. I had been using Nair with no problems, then after the 5th use I developed red scabs on my legs in several spots. I had to stop using it and let them heal up. I couldn't do anything for a couple of weeks. I tried the actual Nads and NOTHING came off. Not one hair.
So I was wondering if it's better for the hair to be real short first?
Thanks!
