Maybe as a treat a movie day with some popcorn. Stock up on a bunch of Christmas movies and let them gather on the couch to watch.
When mine were little we used to spend a day making and writing Thank You cards after the holidays. Some blank cards, a few stickers and lots of markers - the kids always made beautiful cards.
