Do you have any retail experience? I work pt for a women's clothing store as an asst. manager and get $12.00 an hour. I love it! Minimum wage in NJ is now up to $7.35 (I think thats about right, could be off by a few cents). I don't understand how other states don't bring their minimum wage rates up. Substitute teaching like others have mentioned is another possibility if you have school aged kids. Good luck in finding something you love.
