People who run red lights (and run into us! and total our 6 month old car! noone hurt but my kids are still a little traumatized by it and I practically stop at every green light now! gotta get over that!).

Happened October 22 but still hassling with insurance over it.

Oh, and dealing with insurance companies, yuck.
