He owns alot of properties in this area... I'm shocked we haven't seen an increase in rent. We plan on buying a home next summer and he said, he hates to see us leave.. he is going to have a hard time finding good renters like us We make most of the repairs ourselves.. we only had to call him out once when dh couldn't f igure out how to fix something
