Price in Wyoming are going through the roof. I live in Northern Wyoming and the running joke is the billionaires are moving into Jackson so the millionaires are moving in to Sheridan!
House prices average right now I think are $$160,000-$200,000. Water bill and all in town are high. Rent when I look is about $750.00 for a decent place. And houses are over $1000 This isnt counting the local rich neighbor which the lot prices alone are $100,000 that doesn't include a house. Last house I had to deal with for work was built price over 1mil, 8000 square feet. And that is the mid size one.
I pay $77.00 for DSL and my base phone servie.
We own our house so.. no mortgage.. but electric-$70
propane-budgeted we pay every month to get a lower rate-$160
dsl/base phone-$77.00
property taxes we don't live on a big place and we share the property taxes with the inlaws so ours only run about $600 a year theirs is I think $2000.
gas is currently $2.25 for low grade
Home Depot just got built and the pay range for there are cashiers starrting $10.00 other positions $12.00+ non management.
Wyoming currently is the richest state in the country with supposedly under a 2% unemployment rate. Methane industry is paying pretty well. I think for just the labor type positions they start at $14.00+
Now if I could go live in the county where my parents live I could buy a nice small house for $25000(southern Ohio)
