If we were any further North we'd be in NY. My MOm lived in Medford Lakes for a while, anywhere by you? I have lived here forever and we do think of moving just because look at how much of our money goes to nothing!? We could sell and then move to a cheap place, it's almost worth it, but we have family I am not ready to leave.

Once you leave, you can never go back. If we ever sold this house, we could never afford to buy it back, we'd be starting from the beginning again.

Lucky I am thrifty and DH makes good money, we don't have a lot, but we make it.
