My sister was paralyzed by a drunk. .I don't drink. Any parties that I had I fair warned my guest if anyone drinks you need to have a desiginated driver or prepare for me to take you home! I did had a few where I had to take the keys from them ,because they were trying to leave my house drunk. They weren't too happy with me but I didn't care.... I did have one guest try to use his rank on me .I told him I don't care what the h^ll rank you are . I told you have 2 choices you can stay the night or I will take you home.If you don't like that we can called the Commander and we can have a little discussion with him
He came over the next morning and apolized for acting like a idiot & thank me for not letting him get in his car drunk
