If you have to use mail order, only use it for the Rx that are more expensive. Get the $4 ones at WalMart (or anywhere else that is price matching) without insurance. Unless your co-pay is less than $4, there is no reason to use insurance for Rx on the $4 list.

I have 3 Rx that I take regularly -- I'll get one for $4 without insurance at Target and the other two (brand name for which they are no generics) via mail order using my insurance which requires us to use mail order for any long-term perscriptions.
