Can't be from a high school - mine never went, they were homeschooled until they went to college. Since we homeschooled without registering, they couldn't have gotten the info. My older son never received anything in the mail - we had to actively register him. I wouldn't have minded (too much) if we received papers in the mail to fill out, but someone already sent them in and registered him without his or our knowledge.
