Having a variety is the best if working out daily, otherwise it will be a chore. I have Lesile Samsone for the easy days 3 mile walk, Kathy Smith, The Firm, The Biggest Loser (6 different workouts), Karen Voight (all are good) & Pilates for weight loss.
