I go to college full time and I know exactly what you are talking about but I havent run into it with the people that I talk to much. When we are sitting in the lounge, I over hear people and think what a waste of time and hot air but when I am having conversations with the girls I go to school with it doesnt happen much.
They are young but most of them have kids, so we usally talk about our families or dreaded homework.
