My MIL is also 4'10 and has had a wonderful fulfilling life. I hardly even notice her height. On the other hand, I am 5'10 and was ALWAYS self conscious about being bigger than alot of men and could never wear heals for fear of being an amazon. I always wished I were shorter! I am sure she will do just fine.
