I was getting my tattoo at the same time a customer was getting the permanent eyeliner (in another room of course!
) And the girl was crying and boo-hooing and had to stop and take a 30 min. break between eyes. Now, I don't know if it was really that painful or if the girl was just a whiner. My tattoo guy said, it didn't hurt anymore than a regular tattoo--and my tattoo didn't really hurt all that much.
A girl I know did get it done and she said it didn't hurt that bad, but her eyes were puffy for a few days.
