Thanks for all of the tips... I actually used to be very disciplined and honestly couldn't wait to get out the door because as cj said in the last post, taking a long walk made me feel good! Maybe I need to find a walking buddy... I'll start looking around! but otherwise, I think I just need to get back into the routine and not make excuses. I have previously (up until the last year) walked at least 5 days a week for around 20 years without having a walking buddy... Just tired of same old thing, I guess?
