I can't find the rules any where. My question is I have given rep points to 2 people that had no rep points but even days later they still show zero. I have gotten rep points very quikly so I know that part is working. The only thing the zero point people get after I rep'd them was the green squares so I know that it did go through. Is there a way I can check into this or correct it?
