We are in NW OH and have a mixture of delays (2 hrs) and cancellations. We are on the 2 hour delay and I do no think the temperature has changed in the last 2 hours. DD was silly enough to spend about 5-10 min. outside yesterday without gloves and her hands were red. I told her to wear the gloves, but she thought they were too big to do the chore she was working on. Silly girl. I stressed the gloves and hat for today and the bus. Even if you are out fo 5 min., you need them.
