I guess it remains to be seen how many other potential "fathers" come out of the woodwork now that millions are at stake.
I can't imagine her estate is worth that much. The settlement from her deceased husband is still tied up in court. She was working at a strip club in Texas when they met, so she clearly had little at that time. She had the TrimSpa deal, but I don't see handling money as a strong suit of hers, so any money from that deal was probably spent or stolen by people around her.
I would find it hard to believe she had a will. If she does, and HKS is the beneficiary of her estate, there will be an uproar trying to prove that she was of sound mind and body when she signed it and wasn't just completely maniuplated by HKS. She hasn't been of sound mind in years.
The key here is who is the father of the baby? If this were an HBO series the season would end right here.
