Came to this forum to see if anyone else is having this problem. Relieved to see that they are, albeit sorry at the same time!

When I first open a page, I get the blue screen with the white on the top, which has already been mentioned. That only lasts a couple seconds, and then the page appears to load. However, after I read the first post and attempt to scroll down- I get the treaded "wait" timer and a page that locks up for maybe 10 seconds.

I'm also using XP on a computer that's a few years old. I have a cable modem and am not having any problems at other web sites. In fact, I am browsing other forums while this one loads- because the wait time bores me to tears.
