Mine just arrived yesterday -- I ordered two, one for me and one for my mom. They each were missing 3 items, so I'm e-mailing Amazon right now and will hopefully get a partial refund. The interesting thing is that they must have had two different bags, or the 'missing' items weren't actually in the bag, but were going to be included in the shipment. There is a paper attached to both of the bags that lists exactly what I did receive as being the contents.

What I did get was really nice, however and worth the $19.99!
