I received my bag on Friday afternoon. On Saturday morning, I e-mailed them and got a response within an hour, offering me a partial refund. They gave me the option to accept the partial refund or return the items. I took the refund and received an e-mail confirmation later Saturday afternoon that the money was being credited back to my CC (hasn't shown up yet, however).

I think the bags, even minus the missing items, were worth $19.99, but I asked for a refund because I really wanted the missing items.
