Oddball, here. At first, I thought this was a girl thing, but then I see that several are talking about sons. Knock on wood, but I really don't have this problem with my boys (ages 13 and 17). I consider myself very fortunate that they both think Mom is smart....and cool! Or maybe it has something to do with not being a SAHM???? Who knows...but sounds like I should enjoy it!
