I was able to use hotwire - 4 stars selection at Penns Landing - and got the Hyatt for 129.xx from 08/15-08/17. The website had the room at 279. If you go to Priceline and Hotwire Forum, they have the listing for hotels for both hotwire and priceline broken down by States and Stars. You have a decent idea where you may be staying.
