When I lived in a community we couldn't hang clothes out and I can understand why, it can make it look sort of junky depending on where you hang them. Where we live now there really isn't a place to hang them, so I hang them in the house on a rack. I did hang them on the rack on the upper porch, but you could see it from the road and it looked terrible, so now i leave them inside. We have an upstairs laundry and I am not carting wet laundry down and outside and then back up again.


I don't think they should be banned, there are a lot of things people have in their yards that look just as bad.
