My grandma & mom always hung clothes out to dry I did when I lived in my trailer because I had a clothesline & was always trying to save money to of course. But now I dont have one in this house & my dh wont let me put one up the nieghbors all do it though but for the most part they are hid I dont ever see thiers.
The only reason I dont care for some is I dont need to see other underwear & things like that other than that I dont care I think it looks much better than some people when I go down the street who hang them on thier front porch & stuff. Can I see the HOA not allowing them yes because ya never know what people will hang on them & so on like putting them in the front yard or on the house with no clothes line at all
