Yes, that is what Marfan's is. It is a genetic connective tissue disorder that causes weakening of the wall of the aorta. I'm not sure if they are born with the clubbing, but they probably are because alot of times they will have clubbed fingers even before they start having any heart problems start. I think there is a genetic blood test for it though.
