oh, I sm so sorry to hear...the first thing comes to my mind was this an angry husband selling wifes car during a nasty divorce ?? Your car fax report, does it show previous owners names? Curious....who the original owner is and what's their story. Seems to me that the owner already got their insurance claim $$. So, it might be something you and your current insurance company could help you with and perhaps their lawyers?
