UPDATE: I finally received a reply from CarFax: "I'm sorry , but the Carfax Buyback Guarantee does not cover stolen vehicles." Perhaps this is something that they should include in their ad? I just called a local news station and maybe they can help me. I'm going to call the local paper now too.
