??? I'm confused

Help!

I have posted "freebies" in the past and have been (pm'd) if I have posted a site for a freebie that had already been posted.

Then, there is a "sticky" at the top of this forum asking that everyone please do a "search" before posting a "freebie" offer.

My question is...At what time are we allowed to post a "freebie" that has already been posted in the past? Meaning, if a month has gone by since the original post of the freebie, are we then allowed to post it again?

Example:

Biofreeze sample was posted today; however, a biofreeze sample (to the exact same website) was posted 8/15/07. Can we then assume that the "original" post is dead, and we can post it like a "new" offer?

Please help.

Also, the free Tide (Naturals) has been posted numerous times. Is it okay that it is posted as a "new" offer time and again?

TIA,
Holly
