I agree that it is kind of confusing. I have done searches for my freebies and don't post them because they have already been posted, just to have someone else post it. Perhaps if we just "bump" the link up after searching that would work?
Being new here, I think the rules aren't very concise about how to post, if "bumping" is allowed, are repeats okay if the post was made months ago....
