So, is it okay then if we post a "freebie" that is not on the 1st or 2nd page? That may make it easier to understand.

Also, I do know that some will "slip" by. When I am posting "freebies", I'm usually on a roll with at least (5) to post. Excitement can get the best of me, and I post the "freebie" if it "looks" new. For that I apologize. I haven't always "checked" the archives, as it can be tedious when cutting and pasting sites to visit; however, I've been trying to "follow the rules".

My vote would be that if it's not on the 1st or 2nd page, it's okay to post it again for someone that missed the offer.
