The reports that I read stated that the toxicology report came back negative and that there were no drugs or alcohol in her system. The report you listed seems like someone made it up for sensationalism; possibly someone that 'claims' to be Britney's close friend and gave some random story for money. I used to think that Britney deserved all the drama that she caused but my opinion has changed to one of pity; I honestly think there is some mental disorder, perhaps originating from post-partum depression. My birth mom did the same thing, she didn't get medical intervention and ended up schizophrenic.
