This is my sons cd player that he bought about three years ago and maybe has had a year of use out of it. The case holds 24 CDS. The battery compartment has a side that is broken but this does not effect the way it works and to be honest you can't even tell it was broken(he had to tell me). We just put two brand new batteries in it and the player works. We have included the batteries with it. It does not have headphones with it. Will ship with insurance and DC.
