My father was a lifelong smoker. When he quit, his dr (who stepped him through the whole process) had a great idea for the hand to mouth motion that smokers feel the need to continue. He had my dad buy food grade cinnamon sticks. My dad carried these for several years after he quit. He would suck or "puff" on them whenever he got the urge. It helped with the habitual motion of hand to mouth that smokers need as they quit. Good luck!!!!
