I totally agree. Labeling a program either liberal or conservative these days is the kiss of death depending on which side of the aisle you're on. Sadly the EPA
is considered a liberal program today but wasn't when President Nixon established it in the 70s. IMO, that's the point of the Joe Republican letter.
