We don't really conserve water either, sorry to say. We don't own, and I never have, so someday maybe I'll own a house, and have to pay a water bill, so it might change. Although, where I live now, apparently in this town, the more water you use, the lower the rate you pay, so our landlord likes us to use a lot!! I did have to pay a water bill at an apartment I rented in AZ and it was never more than $35 a month, don't know if that is average, or what, but I thought it was okay. We don't really waste water, but we do regular things. (washing machine, dishwasher, showers, baths)
