Hubby and I have done a few of the flavored boullions and we rather like them. The oil is a bit caloric for us when you add the cheese fondue and the chocolate fondue. Also if we go with my parents my dad can't eat garlic so we find they can often make the special flavored ones without it (but not the court boullion flavor). I like the Coq au Vin and we LOVE the Mojo style one with seafood (and extra garlic if my parents aren't there). Sometimes they have a special cooking method for their signature meal and thats often good too.
