I have been doing WW on my own (I am not a member). I have been doing okay, but losing very slowly. I lost 18lbs, but it took me about four months. I would like to shed another five pounds, but at this point, I am just maintaining what I already lost. It took me a month to loose one pound. I just take one day at a time, and try to stay on track. I do take one day a week off and eat something I really love, but I try not to go too overboard! The one thing I have been really good about is exercise. I exercise six days a week.
