I am always trying to think of bargain places to find new books - besides the library because I really like to look at the books and read the backs and the library selection is a bit overwhelming for that sometimes! Thanks for the Salvation Army idea!

Oh, BTW, "The Child Called It" series was depressing and horrible, but also uplifting because he made it through. It was like a train wreck for me. I couldn't put it down, even though it made me physically sick to my stomach to continue. It was horrifying, but I had to know what happened. In my humble opinion, it's worth reading because it is eye-opening and I think our eyes need to be open to try to stop these things from happening to kids. Again, just my opinion.
