Actually there is a store near me with a new policy: they will not allow anyone to use more than 4 "gang-cut" coupons.
I thought that was such an odd term! When I asked the cashier, she said that the corporation was really cracking down on multiple coupon users and, for example would only honor four identical coupons for four bottles of Cascade.
That stinks for stockpilers!
