I left the room and went straight to the directors office. The director defended her saying she was "burned out". Maybe so, but you can't abuse the kids! She didnt' last much longer - I don't know if she quit or was fired, but I was mortified and had the same thoughts - what do they do to my daughter when I'm not there.

I think telling someone in charge is absolutely the right thing to do. She may have just been frustrated that time, or there could be other instances that you don't know about that when this added to them could be what they need to get rid of her.
