What's the 'message' there? If she was in a plaid skirt and a polo and Mary Janes, the message would be "Look at Miley, headed to parochial school!" If she were in a swimsuit with a beach ball under her arm, it'd be, "Look at Miley, headed for the beach!" If she was in jeans and a sweater, it'd be "Look at Miley, headed out with her friends!"
Why portray a 15 year old underage girl as though she just had a roll in the hay?
I don't blame her, personally - I think the adults in her life are the ones who should be pulling on the reigns in such situations. | VERY well said!
It's not a HORRIBLE picture, it's just not appropriate for a 15 yr old YOUNG girl.
