I messed up the first time I tried it too. It kept asking me if I made a mistake and I just knew I was right.
So I followed their instructions and brought up a copy of our taxes and filled it out by what line they told me. I WAS doing it wrong!
For exemptions I was just putting in dependents, not including me and dh. Once I added 2 more to the number I got all my info!
