Thanks for the post. OP. E.L.F. has always been $1. That Carolina code has been going on for about 6 months now, I think it must be permanent. It works, but shipping is $6.95, so it's like getting Free Shipping.

I'm glad you posted this, I get stuff from here a lot, but I forget that a lot of people don't know about it. The makeup is not high quality but it works for the few times I wear makeup - and a $1 for any of the tools is a good deal.
