I was kind of curious too. It seems like the media will slam all over any entertainer that even blinks the wrong way. I've never heard anything about Dolly Parton. Even Kenny Rogers, who along with Burt Reynolds was mentioned in that clip - has had publicity about his drinking. Certainly not deserving of the crap he just got drug into.
I wonder if Burt Reynolds and Kenny Rogers can sue for defamation of character? It was HOR-RI-BLE was "Dolly was saying" about them. Just GROSS.
My funny bone encompasses so many forms, types, and variations of humor. Most times, I can see something funny in what most don't. But Good Lord above, this was just rotten.
I figure most people by now know what a fool Stern is, but still. You CAN go too far - WAY too far - with hateful jokes.
