I don't usually like fast food, but the chicken was juicy, hot, and tasted pretty good. The bun was a regular burger bun, and 3 of the kids complained that they didn't like the bun w/the chicken ( I hafta agree... a more substantial and/or seeded bun woulda been better).
BTW - our local McD's let 5 of us get the free sandwiches. DH and one of the heir force missed out on this one, was glad that they let all the rest of us in on the deal w/out having to make 2 orders to get more than the limit. Ah, the pleasures of small town life - even the fast food places have employees who know us through our kids so they cut us some slack ;-)
Was surprised that all the kids liked it, but they raved about the chicken. It seemed to be a a half breast filet vs. the usual chopped and formed fast food chicken.
Don't think I'd actually go back to McD's to get this sandwich again, but if I'm on the road and hungry and I can envision trying it again.
