I do a couple of things. I wrap 3 or 4 spears in procuitto with a bit of cream cheese spread on it and bake for about 15 minutes in a 350 oven. This is our favorite.
I also marinade in olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper and then either grill or roast. This is also quite good.
