We're a family of 4 and I think we average less than $75 a week. Occassionally we go over, but I didn't go to the store last week. Sometimes I go a couple times a week, but usually spend about $25-$30.

I try to buy most everything (except meat & produce) at WalMart. It's a lot cheaper.

Lately, I've been buying meat when they have the big meat sales. Tonight we're not even having meat, but beans in a salad. I think it's very doable, too.
